A warm wrap around that heart...

Well it's a Saturday. We know how this kind of boring day will end up dun we?Haha..either I play DoTA like mad or sleep or do basically nothing and vegetate infront of the com.LOL!!

Not today..I did learn sum stuff and had fun I guess.I baked Anzac biscuits with my hse mate and I must say it was rather interesting. =)

So we start up with shopping and stuff at Woolsworth.Got to flex my arm by carrying a heavy basket.*What am I doing at Woolsworth despite having no groceries to buy?Haha..*

Baking the Anzac biscuit
*Tutorial done by Master chef Lee Ting*

Ok..so first you'll need a sieve to do some weird stuff with the flour.=_= Juz dun get the wan like this.*This is used for vegetables and certain noodles. We had nothing to use for sieve in the hse..haha*

Make sure you do the same sieving process for the brown sugar. After that add the desiccated coconut and rolled oats into the bowl and leave it be.*What's her hand doing...O_o? *

Meanwhile heat the pan up.Add butter and golden syrup onto the pan.Heat 'em up and add some water to make sure they dissolve well.Lastly top it up with a little bicarbonate soda.Mix well..

The mixture of flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and desiccated coconut.Thats how it looks like.If ur trying to bake this biscuit but you din get this sort of thing..ur on the wrong track man.haha

The mixture of everything with the butter and golden syrup added.Juz use a spoon and mix thoroughly.*Btw thats my spoon in the pic.. =_=*

The setup in the kitchen.

The landlord's pan used for the preparation of butter.

The preparation shown by her..making the solution that consist of butter and golden syrup.

Make the moulds on a baking tray after you've put a baking paper coated with oil on it.

Shape them which every way you want.Haha..

My dinner.Vege soup and macaroni.*It sucks...taste horrible!!This was the soup recommended by Vivek*

Toxic brewing in my pot. =_=

I miss you guys.My bro and my folks.

Though me and my mum are the closest..I'm treasuring every moment I spend with you all for the past 19 years..my neighbours use to call me a Korean boy.

Conclusion..heart shaped anzac biscuits?Baked with love..from Australia with love.
The biscuits have a coconut taste and the smell is good. The smell originates from the golden syrup and butter mixture being baked. The exterior is hard due to the oats while the inner part is soft and a little moist. The smell is pleasant to trigger your tastebuds and make you water.*hehe..are you hungry now?LOL!!*
This biscuit is made to remember those who had fallen during the past wars fought. It was probably a ration used by the soldiers cause it's hard and dry on the outside.Easier storage perhaps?

Anyway thats bout it..besides learning that I can sound rude at times.Especially towards a known population from a respectable position on Earth that co-exist peacefully with Man for a long time.I just gotta be more appreciative..towards that population, especially to...
Sorry man...I'm gonna try to lessen that sort of shit.Thx for being nice anyway.....
