Kaleidoscope.

-Teamwork-

It keeps the game running..
It keeps the game alive..
It opens all possibilities..
It keeps the productivity optimized..

1 leader,the rest follower
Or is that the only thing u see in mind?

In teamwork,there's no leader..
Only concerned crew members

In teamwork,there's no self-gain..
Only team achieved victory

In teamwork,there's no personal glory and triumph..
Only a common goal and aim

In teamwork,u sacrifice for the greater good..
Only a fool listens to himself instead of the whole team.

Watching a broadcast of a Nascar race going on yesterday,I can't help but stare all amazed by their impressive teamwork. It is really impressive. Someone will be ready to remove the tyre,the 2nd guy fits in the new tyre and leaves,giving space for the last person to fix the tyre in place and the car is good to go. Absolutely perfect teamwork and co-op dynamics..

Why can't we function like that?

Perhaps its time to learn huh?
